The Ultimate Trend Signals for MetaTrader 4 is an indicator that looks at different timeframes and analyses convergence of movement (bullish/bearish) and identifies whether the trend is strongly bullish or bearish. The results are displayed on a panel on the left on your charts. In addition you will get a popup alert plus a blue or red dot for buy/sell entry. When it comes to expiry, you need to learn how to use price action and previous history. You can find more about that in my article, link above, about the Ultimate Trend Signals Tool.
In general, I do not recommend using automated tools because your own judgement is the best thing - well unless you are inexperienced. Therefore, use this tool carefully. Watch my price action playlist first to gain some new skills and then only use this tool as a means for an extra guide until you become a good trader.
